Coverage varies with surface porosity, texture, and application method. Test on a small area first.
Surface must be clean, dry, and free of efflorescence, mortar residue, and previous coatings. Use StoneKraft Liquid Cleaner and Surface Prep first if needed. Allow 48+ hours drying after cleaning.
Apply when surface and air temperature are between 10C and 30C. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours. Avoid direct sunlight during application.
Apply a thin, even coat using a low-pressure sprayer, lambswool applicator, or brush. Work in sections, maintaining a wet edge. Avoid pooling or dripping.
Allow 4-6 hours between coats. Surface should be dry to the touch. A second coat is recommended for porous surfaces and maximum protection.
Apply perpendicular to the first coat direction for even coverage. Same technique — thin, even application without pooling.
Allow 24 hours before light foot traffic. Full cure in 72 hours. Do not wash or expose to heavy rain for 72 hours after application.
